un’opera ambientale di HILARIO ISOLA ad ARTISSIMA

L’artista Hilario Isola presenta in anteprima ad Artissima l’installazione Paesaggio con ponte e uomo pensoso: un’aiuola urbana nei pressi della biglietteria della manifestazione è stata trasformata in un ambiente sospeso tra realtà e finzione. Nel prato una nuova forma di vegetazione ricopre un mezzo escavatore fino a farlo scomparire, avvolgendo il suo braccio meccanico e riplasmando così il profilo per suggerire la presenza di un arco naturale.

L’opera nasce da una rilettura di una serie di acquerelli del pittore piemontese Giuseppe Pietro Bagetti (1764-1831), i quali stampati e frammentati sul tessuto danno vita a una macchina scenica astratta e immaginifica.

L’installazione è la prima messa in opera del progetto Atelier del camouflage, ideato nell’ambito del programma della Regione Piemonte Dopo l’UNESCO, Agisco!, e  nelle azioni promosse da Nuovi Committenti Langhe-Roero e Monferrato a cura di a.titolo, sostenuta dalla Fondation de France per promuovere un processo virtuoso capace di unire al recupero e alla salvaguardia ambientale la creazione di nuovo patrimonio artistico a beneficio della collettività.
Paesaggio con ponte e uomo pensoso è stato realizzato grazie alla collaborazione e il sostegno delle aziende Miroglio Textile con la divisione Sublitex, Ferrino&C., Sinterama Corporation e Case Construction coordinate nella produzione da Barbara De Micheli.

All’inaugurazione saranno presenti l’Assessore alla Cultura e Turismo della Regione Piemonte Antonella Parigi, i rappresentanti delle aziende coinvolte e l’artista.

PAESAGGIO CON PONTE E UOMO PENSOSO (2016) |

The artist Hilario Isola previews at Artissima the art installation Paesaggio con ponte e uomo pensoso: an urban flowerbed, located near the ticket booth of the event, has been transformed into an environment suspended between reality and fiction. On the lawn new species of vegetation covers – almost completely – an excavator; making it almost desappear, wrapping around the mechanical arm and reshaping its profile to suggest the presence of a natural arch. The work takes inspiration from a rereading of a series of watercolours realized by the piedmont’s painter Giuseppe Pietro Bagetti (1764-1831), which have been printed on canvas and then fragmented, creating an abstract and imaginative scenic machine.

The installation is the first siting of the project Atelier of camouflage, created in the framework of the Regione Piemonte program Dopo l’UNESCO, Agisco! and it concerns the actions proposed by Nuovi Committenti Langhe-Roero e Monferrato curated by a.titolo, supported by Fondation de France to encourage a virtuous process that combines recovery and environmental protection with the creation of a new artistic heritage for the benefit of the community.
Paesaggio con ponte e uomo pensoso has been realized thanks to the collaboration and the support of the Miroglio Textile with Sublitex division, Ferrino&C., Sinterama Corporation and Case Construction, with production cooperation by Barbara De Micheli.

At the opening will take part the Assessor of Culture and Turism of the Regione Piemonte Antonella Parigi, the representatives of the partners involved and the artist.
